It is with mixed emotions that I announce the retirement of Mr. Bob Morden, effective July 24th, 2020. With his 9 years devoted services with Professional Transport Driver Training School, Bob has been a tremendous, valuable employee. I must say that Bobs retirement is our loss, but a well-deserved respite for him. He will be greatly missed by students and colleagues alike. We all wish him the very best in his new endeavours. Thank you for everyone who participated and attended our career in trucking event last night. What a great event! Close to 100 guests showed up. Lots of questions and positive feedback after the presentation. As Professional Transport Driving Training School, we are honoured to be part of this event with our amazing partners/co-host Bison Transportation, Maxs Restaurant, MTA, RBC. Together, I felt that we have accomplished something last night which is to assist Manito...bans to get know more about the trucking industry, perhaps chosen the truck driver to be their career. Special thank you to Jon Reyes, Janice Lukes, Melanie Maher for your support last night, it means a lot to us. Just like Jon said Over 25K Manitobans are employed in the trucking industry, essential to Manitobas economy. Last night was our first step in the long march. As being part of the trucking industry, I strongly believe that its our responsibility to continue promoting career in trucking, so more and more Manitobans get to know this essential industry. Thanks again for all the guests and partners. I look forward to our next event together.

It has been our tradition to attend the Manitoba AgDays in Brandon. We believe that Manitoba AgDays is one of the most valuable events as they are not only brought people and businesses from the agricultural industry but also people like us together to exchange information and get connected. Different from past years, this year we had the honor to share a booth (team up) with #MTA which in our opinion present a better spectrum of the Manitoba trucking/training industry. Special thank you to AgDays host for putting together such an amazing event every year. #AgDays2020

This last Saturday, our team and their family got together to have an early holiday celebration. Surprisingly, most of our people are pretty good at throwing axes and we had a very competitive contest. It was fun...lots of laugh and cheers. 2020 is on the corner, I would like to take this moment to thank all of our instructors and staff for your hard work and your collaboration in 2019. Our school is very family oriented and we valued the importance of family. By saying t...hat, I would also like to thank all the staffs spouses for your support and understanding throughout the year. Also, I would like to thank all of the students for your trust. Seeing you guys graduating and being part of your future career success are very blessing. Last but not least, I would like to thank to all our business partners, its a pleasure working with you and you are part of our success. 2019 is a growing and expanding year, we had a lot of new and excited things happened this year from team building. I am very pleased and proud with what we have accomplished this year as a team. I look forward to our continued growth in 2020. Please join us to congratulate our November graduates who PASSED the 244 hours program And this is our 4th year participating the career in trucking event hosted by Winnipeg Adult Education Centre. We are honoured to have the opportunity to assist adults to explore the career option of becoming a truck driver. We had a very active crowd and lots of good questions were being asked. We look forward to getting involved again next year.

Its an absolutely honour to speak at the November Career Awareness Month event hosted by Manitoba Starts. Thanks Danielle Ruttan from Manitoba Trucking Association for sharing the industry insight and Amrutha Adusumilli Ally Huang from Bison for unwrapping some of the great career opportunities at Bison. We were there together with one remarkable purpose which is to help future truck drivers finding the compass. Great event! Look forward to participating again next November.

What a GLORY night! Congratulations to all of the award recipients last night. Congrats to our Mark for winning the 2019 MTA Pioneer Award. Mark, your guidance and approach have helped many of our students to have a better startup and most importantly to set them for their future success in the trucking industry. Professional Transport Driver Training School are very fortune and proud to have you. Well Deserved Mark! Special shout to our instructor Jeff who volunteered as... a narrator in the review video for the 2019 gala. Together we will be stronger and better. Together we will make a difference. Its our blessing to be a MTA member and to work with and get to know lots of amazing people in the trucking industry. We look forward to the 2020 MTA gala.

During Allys visit, she talked about different job opportunities at Bison for truck drivers. The feedback from the students are very positive. Note from our student: I would like to express my sincere thanks to all of the staff at Professional. 2 weeks of in class training was very thorough. We covered material that can be referred back to anytime throughout our career. I would like to personally thank my teacher Darrell for his patience and help. 4 weeks of in cab training was exceptional. Our instructors were very professional and thorough, instilling proper driving technique and good etiquette on the road. I would also like to thank my instructor Jeff, it was a pleasure to learn from you.

A nice note from one of our students: I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at Professional Transport Driver Training School, and dont want it to end. You guys go above and beyond for those who are interested and willing to put fourth full effort to learn the skills and techniques that it takes in becoming a professional driver. You all wake up extra early to teach and THE PATIENCE you have for students like myself is outstanding. I consider myself a very lucky lady, who would have thought that I could in a million years learn to drive a semi. Thank you so much for the experiences, tears and laugher.
