REMINDER: taxi reimbursement claims are due at the end of the month! PARA members who are too tired to drive home after a shift can be reimbursed for a taxi, Uber or transit ride to get them home safely post call. The PARA Taxi Reimbursement Program will also cover transportation back to the hospital to pick up your vehicle if you left it at work. Have you heard? Today is the first day of our Kindness Reimbursement Initiative! We’re asking you to perform a small act of kindness in the workplace and we’ll reimburse you up to $30. This could be coffee rounds for the team, a small gift to a co-resident physician or a box of cards to write encouraging notes.
