I always had two goals in my mind.. opening my own restaurant in Edmonton and offering my clients dishes that are served in all the cities of Italy. I can now say, that after 10 years, I finally achieved my goal and I can't wait to devote all of my passion and expertise in doing what I love the most.. cooking!
