Pancakes anybody? These are a must try! Delicious and packed with an estimated 20 grams of protein (depending on how big you make them). Try: - 3 ripe bananas - 1 + 1/4 cup (288 grams) egg whites * mix both in blender... - add 3 scoops vanilla protein or chocolate - 3 scoops (with protein scoop) quick oats * add to blended banana and egg whites Cook in a sprayed pan until they start to bubble, flip and enjoy! This batch made 8 big pancakes and are sweet enough to enjoy without syrup.
