Hello friends! We have been working very hard the last few months ensuring that we can continue to serve the beautiful children in our wonderful community. This will be a busy month for us as we look for new ways to fundraise in lieu of our annual gala and auction. Tomorrow morning we will launch the first of two fundraisers for the month of May. We continue to be humbled by the generosity and support we have received over this last unexpected year. Check out our new logo! ...We're pretty excited about it. Also, you can find our new website www.project-hope.ca See more

Hello friends! We just wanted to let you know we're still here and our programs are up and running again! This school year has presented some challenges for us but we wanted to take a moment to acknowledge our fantastic students who have adapted to the new normal and are consistently showing us how resilient they all are. This year our music therapy program is all happening via ZOOM but it's still wonderful and engaging. We are thrilled that adapted phys ed is still happenin...g in person. We have been able to adjust to comply with physical distancing. As this is the time of year when we would be busy planning our annual Gala fundraiser, we are actively planning some alternative events to take the place of this year's gala, which sadly, we will be unable to have. So stay tuned here for some updates in the coming weeks! We continue to be so grateful for the support from our community. If you have any questions about our programs, how to donate or if you want to get involved with a future event, please email us at [email protected] Cheers!

Strive 1 got to use motor skills and coordination today with Miss. Kelly, who knew balloons could be so much fun

Project H.O.P.E. 26.01.2021

Miss Kelly had strive 1 doing animal poses from a specific country in Adapted Phys Ed. We did a possum pose, a frog and toad pose, snake and mouse also kangaroo and dingo. Can you guess which country it was?

Well are so grateful to be able to continue providing therapies for the beautiful children in Wheatland County. In our art class this week we kept to our cultural theme and worked on Totem Poles. They tell a story of us, our families, our pets and our homes. We enjoyed learning about where totem poles originated from and the stories behind them!

This is a belated thank you to Wheatland County for their kind generosity in choosing Project H.O.P.E. as a beneficiary of the Madsen charity policy. In 1978 Mr. Madsen left as part of his estate, a trust cheque to Wheatland county, to be administered to assist children with disabilities, within the county. We are humbled to be able to accept this donation which goes directly toward funding exceptional therapies for exceptional humans. Thank you! #wheatlandcountyprojecthope #diversitymatters #strathmore
