Warm and earthy colours make this townhouse a splendidly welcoming home.

The kitchen in this delightful townhouse was renovated to capitalize on the natural light.

Retaining some of the Clova history in the now Crossridge church was a fun and interesting challenge. I kept the colours earthy and incorporated relaimed barnboard "tiles" in the newly expanded foyer. More pictures to follow.

Some thrift store & roadside finds that just needed a little TLC to restore their beauty.

A nearly complete great room. The fireplace feature is beautiful timber, with floating shelves and a continuous mantle.

A 1979 kitchen is given a huge lift. A beam that split the kitchen in two was elevated into the joists above. The linear, poor functioning work area was improved by relocating the kitchen sink, giving it a beautiful vista to the back yard as well as moving the fridge, removing a partial wall and adding a grand, uninterrupted island with an excellent work area and storage.

A kitchen given a fresh start replacing the 35 year old cabinetry with fresh white cabinets, new flooring, lighting and backsplash and appliances.

A West Vancouver powder room bath was updated from a dark, small fibreglass corner shower to a bright, well functioning room.

Sculpted table base, carrara marble top matched with grey velvet stylized chairs.

Removal of tile floor, and dated oak and painted spindles resulted in a fresh look, using an inviting new floor with stained railing and glass detail.

A tiny bath for main floor use was gutted, then with added space from an adjoining room we were able to create a 5 piece ensuite, walk in closet and a sweet powder room for guests as well as an larger master on the main for the owners.

A kitchen built in 1979 transformed into an attractive, high-functioning updated space. D.L. Shury Developments joined in the vision and helped make it happen.
