I've decided to participate in Movember again this year by growing a mustache and raising money for men's health initiatives. While it seems like participation is down again this year, raising awareness and funds for men's health issues is always cool... http://mobro.co/Projectup

This week marked a special occasion at Project UP. Alex McLeod, aka Alzy Bear, earned his Elite Patch. To earn this patch, Alex obtained specific "elite level" benchmarks in all aspects of his fitness test. This distinction has only been earned once before in Project UP history. Congrats Alex! You should be proud of all your accomplishments. Feel free to join in on the Peterborough shirtless epidemic this summer, you've more than earned your right. ~ Aim high.

A huge #transformationtuesday shout out to Meghan Baird! Meghan joined Project UP a year ago to make a heathy and positive change in her life, and her success has been nothing short of inspiring. Meghan joined the program with no previous experience in athletics or with structured exercise programming. Her mental toughness, physical strength, and self-efficacy are just a few accomplishments to add to her Spartan Super finish and sub 2 hour half marathon. Meghan Baird, thank you for walking from the couch into Project Up. Proud of you buddy, and can't wait to see what you accomplish in 2015!
