Feeling !! Huge THANK YOU to a first time home buyer client for the beautiful Christmas tree ornament she MADE me!! I will cherish this forever!! A little known fact, my tree is filled with special ornaments I buy my kids each year, & ornaments that my mum bought for me every year. This ornament will hold a truly special place!! Congratulations to my client who is a 1st time home buyer!!! Just an FYI it’s a great time to buy a condo!! 2-3 months ago these condos sold upwards of $30k higher!!

Home inspection for my buyer client! My client asked me if it was worth it to do a home inspection. This is a typical question I get asked frequently, & I always leave the decision up to the buyer, but it is always money well spent! Today the Inspector noticed a leaky dishwasher & an issue with the furnace....after some negotiations the seller has agreed to fix or replace the dishwasher & furnace! Not every home inspection will have deficiencies but with such a large purchase it takes surprises out of the equation! My 1st time home buyer is now feeling even more confident and looking forward to her move in date!

I loved helping these ladies make their 1st home purchase!! I loved that they entrusted me to do it! Once again I feel so blessed to not only have helped two wonderful people find a place of their own, in which they can continue to make memories, but also to have gained two cherished friends! There is something so special about clients becoming family, I love my job!
