Bridgegate response to Covid 19 At Bridgegate, our top priority is the health and safety of our staff, our clients and our suppliers/vendors. We have been monitoring the Covid 19 pandemic and have been following recommendations made by Alberta Health as well as seeing what others in the industry are doing. We understand that this pandemic is changing daily and we will be adapting some of our processes to continue to provide the services to our Condo Corporations that they h...ave come to expect from Bridgegate. Effective March 16th until further notice Bridgegate office will be open for the staff to work, however, we are closing the doors to outside visitors, clients, suppliers... Please call, email or mail in your questions or concerns. Meetings will be held by teleconference or videoconferencing. The Condo Property Managers will continue with the services of attending to site inspections regularly but will be unannounced to ensure appropriate social distancing. If an employee exhibits symptoms such as fever, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, they will be sent home and will need to consult with a physician or Healthlink. They must stay home when they are sick and for at least 24 hours after symptoms are gone. Employees do have the opportunity to work from home as they will have all accesses to Bridgegate’s network. We are preparing for further action if deemed necessary. During the pandemic, Bridgegate will also be monitoring the responses of the properties vendors to ensure the health and safety of the communities as well as making sure the properties still receive services. We understand that information is coming in from all angles and this situation is very fluid. Bridgegate will continue to monitor and will update their communications if required.
