So fall is upon us and the leaves are starting to turn their radiant colours. The Leafs are back in action and the Blue Jays are making a run for the World Series. The Condo Protection Act passed second reading unanimously. Apparently though the full process may not be realized until late 2016 or early 2017 where the Act is passed into law. In the mean time we just hammer away at our buildings/sites and keep on keeping on. Hopefully everyone has a great Thanksgiving and enjoys what little great fall weather we have left.

Ok so now we have our OWN venue to hash about ideas and topics that only Property Managers UNDERSTAND!!! Ok for the first subject....so how you feeling about the licensing of Property Managers???
