Christmas time! Introducing two coffees featuring notes of rich baking spice and sweet fruits: There was a huge coffee drop today in the tasting room and online store, including these two Christmas coffees from a farm called Cordillera del Fuego. Both are rich and sweet and loaded with notes of baking spice and sweet fruits. Christmas Coffee is anaerobically fermented in a sealed tank, which, combined with the terroir flavours, creates a cup with a distinct cinnamon and ging...erbread character. Christmas Reserve adds depth and complexity with the use of an experimental thermic process where the fruit pulp is heated during the drying process. It’s a layered cup, revealing baking spice layered on top delicate florals on top of of rich stewed fruits on top of red wine and gummy candy. Both are available now in our tasting room and online. COVID-19 Update: In light of rising case numbers in BC, we’ve introduced an order ahead option on our website, and we’ve also tightened up some of our protocols in our tasting room to keep you and our staff safe. - First of all, if you are experiencing any symptoms or have travelled outside of the province recently, please order for delivery from Uber Eats or Door Dash instead of visiting in person. - Consider ordering ahead online from our website to limit your waiting ti...me in the tasting room (especially for pour overs, which take a few minutes to make). - Our seating area will remain open for now, since there is sufficient space between open tables. However, we’re temporarily asking that customers only stay for 30 min and do not use laptops during their stay. Also, please leave your dishes at your table so we can clean and sanitize after you leave before another customer is seated. - Our one way flow will continue to be in effect with improved signage to make it more clear how to exit out the back.
