Our Class 1 melt program consists of 121 Hours of training in Total: *40 Hours of classroom instruction *57 Hours of in-vehicle training consists of:... ~18 Hours of off-road maneuvers (couple/uncouple and backup) ~39 Hours of driving time *15 Hours of in-yard instruction ( pre-trip/air pre-trip) *8 Hour Air Brake Course consists of: ~6 hours classroom instruction ~2 hours of in-vehicle training We provide full and part-time classes, including evenings and weekends. Class 1 Melt program fee is $8,500, and can be paid in installments.
