Thank you everyone for being patient and waiting for my call!! I’ve been on the phone since 2pm yesterday once the announcement was made that I could reopen because I really want to get everyone booked in as quickly as possible. I’m almost caught up with booking my prebooked appts but still have to book my once I’m caught up list of grooms and nails only so I’ll be calling you soon!! Thx for your patience!!

Great news everyone!!! I’m ready to reopen so will be reopening on Tuesday woohoo! I will be CALLING (not text or email) everyone to rebook IN ORDER from the day I closed and there are many things I need to go over with you before you can come so it has to be by phone. I have over 7 weeks of appointments to rebook! Please be patient for your turn! Thanks and can’t wait to see you all!!!

Hi all! Hope everyone is hanging in there and not mistaking your fur babies for mops! I was truly hoping to be open by now but all groomers are still required to be closed. I’ve called the stop the spread business hotline several times in hopes of getting a different answer but each time I’ve been told no I cannot open yet. I even called the city’s bylaw office today just in case but again was told no. I know many of you are very concerned about your pups and am sure d...oing all you can to keep them comfortable until they see me again. Keep it up!! If you have any questions about how to do anything regarding grooming, feel free to reach out as always. I’m here for you from a distance!! Once I get to reopen I will contact everyone IN ORDER from the day I closed to reschedule and play catch up. I had already been fully prebooked up until the end of May so understandably, catching up may take a while. I will do my best to do this as quickly as possible and will ask for your patience. For those of you who come for nails only, I will be doing a nails only day one Saturday so as to not interrupt my grooming days through the week until I’m caught up at which point nails only will get booked through the week once again! When I do reopen there will definitely be rules for me and you. I’m sure many including everyone having to wear some sort of face covering as well as curbside drop off/pick ups so no one will be allowed inside my salon therefore I’ve already planned to set up in the garage side to deal with that including payments and prebookings etc. When I know all the rules, I’ll go over them with you when I call to reschedule to shorten our time spent together when you arrive... I miss you all and hope everyone is doing their part in staying safe. Carey
