This week we are in the midst of our annual winter preached retreat,this one led by Deacon Bill Gervais on "Living Within the Mystery of the Trinity". Using images, teachings and life experiences, we are focusing on the meaning of our identity and relationship with a Trinitarian God.

This weekend we hold our annual Advent Retreat. In silence, with the guidance of Sr. Denise Berube cnd, we prepare ourselves for this season celebrating the coming of the Christ-child, the One who represents Peace.

For one week of this beautiful fall weather, 30 people are on directed or private retreat in the sacred space of our Spirituality Centre. A time of silence and daily listening and sharing time one-on-one with a spiritual director.

today our last summer retreat is ending: "Savouring Life in Every Season" with Thomas Ryan, CSP. Commented one participant: "I feel rebirthed! revitalized. Regained strength, vitality and a sense of well-being and humour". As of Aug 18 the Centre will close for summer break and re-open after Labour Day. Blessings for the remainder of the summer and look for our annual brochure coming soon, a little later than our usual timing.
