Beautiful fall days
Enough warm sunny days to make dry hay! Also found a round baler to do hailage if it doesn’t dry.
Is this an option if we don’t have a round baler?!
Cutting and packing our home grown jersey beef. Premaking burgers and canning some stew beef.
Dehydrating onion tops for a green onion powder. After they’re dried I’ll blend it.
Cheese making happens once or twice week... Curds ready to put into press and a chunk we did a few days ago. And if someone needs a cheese press we make and sell these.
Our new chantecler flock coming up! Almost like starting over with being off the the farm last year.
These cucs caught me off guard! So from cucs to pickle! Also slicing cucs and tomatoes starting! No stopping now!
