Humboldt Broncos. Id delayed writing regarding this particular subject matter because I really wanted to gather my thoughts and feelings prior to putting anything to paper. Im not a hockey player, but being a born and raised Canadian, hockey is woven into the fabric of our society, I am a fan. And, although I do not drive professionally for a living, as many Albertans And Saskatchewanites do, I drive a lot to get from town to town or city to city. More than anything, i...rrespective of the above, I am a human, and as such, share a bond with other humans, strangers or not. Life is very fragile. Its impossible to imagine what the families and friends of these individuals are going through at the moment and I can only surmise that the pain of their loss will stay with them for some time to come and that healing will be a slow process. As I watch the news and read through the stories about he lives of these individuals who lost their lives, its amazing to see a common theme of how much the members of the Broncos had accomplished and how integral they were to the Humboldt community. These were the most impactful, respectable and virtuous individuals. With the above in mind, in every religion, whether it be Christianity, Judaism , Hinduism, etc., there is one very common theme - the souls of the Virtuous will carry on and they will continue to exist in the brightest of manner in accordance with the same light they shone on the world during their time on earth.
