Today, we mourn trans, two-spirit, non-binary and gender non-conforming people who have lost their lives to transphobia. Although there have been many recent gains in trans inclusion in Canada, trans people, especially racialized trans feminine people, continue to be disproportionality affected by gender-based violence. COVID-19 has only exacerbated the discrimination and inequities these individuals face.

PSAC members have had enough about their work lives change in 2020. One thing we want to make sure stays the same is that every one of our members can get a hold of a PSAC calendar for 2021.

After six months of massive emergency spending in Ottawa, only 4% of respondents to the survey listed the country’s debt or the deficit as the most important issue facing Canada today. Unsurprisingly, the top response at 39% was COVID-19.
