Good Morning colleagues, My name is Kyra and I currently teach secondary school in beautiful Victoria, BC, Canada. In working on some professional development, I am taking part in an ELL certification program. I am very interested in answering this question: "When and how can I start using inquiry learning with English language learners?" Attached is a survey that is designed for any teacher, anywhere, who has second language learners in a predominantly monolingual curriculum.... As a part of my own inquiry I am reaching out to teachers to find out a little bit more about what is happening in learning environments today. There is a not a lot of current research that I can find, and I hope to reach a broad range of currently teaching elementary, secondary and even post secondary teachers with these queries.
