ORANGE PHASE UPDATE - Normal Ice Time Schedule Resumes on Tuesday, February 9. We are moving back to the orange level in Zone 1 - which means we can begin to practice on February 9. PSMHC has once again been advised by Hockey New Brunswick of the following rules that the Government of New Brunswick has laid out while we are in the Orange Phase due to our association having players in both Zones 1 and 2. ... 1. First and Foremost the items below are rules set by the Government of NB. This is not a PSMHC rule or a HNB rule. We have no say in these rules. There is nothing PSMHC can say, ask or do about these rules. 2. Players living in Zone 1 go to school in Zone 1 these players can attend practice as normal during the orange phase, 3. Players living in Zone 1 go to school in Zone 2 these players can attend practice as normal during the orange phase. 4. Players living in Zone 2 go to school in Zone 1 these players can attend practice as normal during the orange phase. 5. Players living in Zone 2 go to school in Zone 2 these players cannot attend practice at this time during the orange phase. 6. Coaches living in Zone 2 these coaches cannot attend practice at this time. We know that this is discouraging for the players affected , but we are hopeful that we will return to yellow phase sooner than later. PSMHC

Red Phase Update: As of midnight tonight, January 19, the province is moving Zone 1 back to the red phase. Beginning at midnight tonight, all hockey ice times will be cancelled until further notice. ... Teams that have ice scheduled tonight will go ahead as planned.
