How will the COVID-19 situation impact legal services? Law offices in Alberta and Saskatchewan remain open, and so do we. We have taken all steps to ensure we will be here for you in the coming months. We are open during regular business hours, but by appointment only. We are conducting most appointments by telephone or video conference. We ask that you not attend our office to drop off documents, make payments, or to speak to our staff in person unless we have made arrange...ments with you directly. We are happy to receive information via e-mail, fax, or telephone. Payments can be made by mailing us a cheque, via e-transfer, or by calling the office with a credit card number. Our lawyers and employees have the ability to work remotely from home and, in the event that we are required to close our physical office, we are able to provide full services to you remotely. We continue to serve clients daily. We are closing real estate transactions, completing agricultural purchases, attending to corporate matters, and all other business dealings. Family law matters continue to move forward, as do civil litigation files. All Provincial Court and Court of Queens Bench matters have been adjourned until further notice, with the exception of emergency matters. A staff member will be in contact with you to advise you if your matter is urgent. We will be monitoring the situation daily and as matters evolve, we will continue to provide updates and inform you individually of any specific changes to your appointments or court dates.

Meet the PSM Lawyers Team! Jessica grew up on a farm just outside of Lloydminster and was pleased to return to her home city after graduating from the University of Saskatchewan in 2017. Jessica runs a general practice including family law, litigation, real estate, wills and estates, probate and administration of estates and corporate/commercial law.

Jessica joined PSM Lawyers after graduating from the University of Saskatchewan in 2017. She enjoys supporting the community through her involvement with 100+ Women Who Care - Lloydminster Area and the Lloydminster & District Health Advisory Council.

Meet the PSM Lawyers team! Todd became a partner at PSM Lawyers in 2008 and has since worked with clients from across the region from Corporate transactions to Agribusiness matters. When he isnt working with his clients you can find Todd acting as a member of the Lloydminster & District Health Care Advisory Council or volunteering with Lloydminster Minor Hockey.

Todd joined PSM Lawyers in 2006, and over the years has handled corporate, commercial, estate, and real estate matters for business clients, as well as agricultural transactions and other agribusiness matters in our surrounding area. He has built a strong relationship with our clients, and when he isnt at the office, you can find him out with his family. When he isnt at the rink himself, he is most likely cheering on the Oilers.

We are happy to introduce, Jeren Tuchscherer as our new Student-at-law. Jeren completed two years at Edward's School of Business followed by his Juris Doctor in 2018 and Master of Business Administration in 2019. During his studies, Jeren actively volunteer with Pro Bono Students Canada and Pro Bono Law Saskatchewan and participated in a student-run business advisory group. Jeren's work experience has been focused on the financial services industry but he is excited about gai...ning experience in diverse legal fields. In his spare time, Jeren enjoys golfing, hockey, strength training, and cheering for his Toronto Maple Leafs. Welcome Jeren, we are happy to have you!
