Welcome to Week 3 of the January's Resolution Bracket Challenge! Last week, we put 2 sets of resolutions up against each other! The votes have been counted and the winners of week 2 are: 1) Drink 8 cups of water each day this week and 2) Exercises 3 times this week. These two are moving onto the A side of the bracket to compete for the top spot! This week, we are putting the winners from week 1 & 2 up against each other to see which will make it to the finals! So this week,... we have: Sleep 7-8 hours each night this week VS No fast food this week AND Drink 8 cups of water each day this week VS Exercises 3 times this week SO REMEMBER TO: Get your entries in each week by: 1. Voting on which habit/resolution you like better, (via email OR comment on the Facebook post) {= 1 entry per vote, per competition} 2. By successfully completing the habit/resolution that week and, (and sending an email to [email protected], letting us know you completed the habit/resolution of the week) {= 1 entry per habit/resolution completed that week}, and 3. By sending a picture of you doing the habit/resolution! {= 1 entry per picture of each habit/resolution} Be sure to check in NEXT TUESDAY to see which New Year’s Resolutions/Habit Change’s made it to the FINAL round!
