**UPDATE** Good news!! Thanks to a Grimsby Community Talk FB group we have found Roger a room to rent in a house here in Grimsby, close to the lake & walking d...istance to town. This will be temporary transitional housing until something more permanent comes available. Thank you so much to everyone who reached out to help & especially to the lovely, kind lady who is giving Roger a place to stay. Original post: As some of you may know, Darren & I are urgently searching for accommodation for a senior gentleman in our community who is in immediate need of a place to live. Roger has applied for affordable housing in the area (Grimsby, Beamsville or Smithville), but he requires a temporary place to live until something comes available. He is currently living in a motel and is essentially homeless. The Grimsby Benevolent Fund (GBF) have kindly been helping where they can, but they do not actually find housing. Does anyone have a room or small apartment in their home that they could rent out for about $800/mth? Roger has lived in the Grimsby area all his life & would like to stay in this area. He is a friendly man who enjoys walking every day. He likes company, but also enjoys his quiet time. We are just trying to help out as Roger does not have any children or other family that can help him. We just know him from the neighborhood, as he used to walk past our house every day on his walks to and from town. Unfortunately he was displaced from his home early in December & we have been helping him out ever since, but it is proving very difficult to find him a new place to live in the Grimsby area. If you know of anyone who could help out on a temporary basis (I don’t know for sure, but I’m thinking maybe for 3-6 months) would you please private message me. Thank you kindly!

With that being said, here are our tips to support YOU in cultivating your best mental health: . 1. MOVE - Exercise is the most under-utilized antidepressant. Move your body, every day, in any way that feels joyful to you. 2. EAT MINDFULLY - Food is the most abused anxiety drug. Notice when you’re eating, drinking, or otherwise consuming to numb your feelings. 3. EAT TO NOURISH YOUR BRAIN - Less sugar, less alcohol, and more healthy fats will support your best brain function. 4. SLEEP WELL - Deficits in sleep will exacerbate the symptoms of any mental health conditions. 5. FLIP THE SCRIPT - What are your thoughts about your mental health? Flip the script from I am an addict or I am depressed to I am experiencing symptoms of. YOU are NOT your illness. 6. CONNECT - robust mental health is created socially and within community. Know that you’re never alone in what you’re experiencing. Ask for help when you need it. Be a help to others when you can. 7. PRACTICE MINDFULNESS: because peace of mind is a practice and not a destination. Practice acceptance of who you are. Practice gratitude for what you have. Practice keeping your attention anchored in the present moment. . And of course, our favourite tip of all: PRACTICE YOGA! A regular yoga practice will make you feel better. This year, I’m especially grateful. You have to take the good and the bad. By far, this has NOT been the worst year of my life. There’s a motherlode of silver lining around the cloud of 2020. We completed the filming of Knock Knock Ghost and nearly all the episodes have aired here and in the UK with the US and other countries soon to begin. It’s been a dream come true. From my humblest paranormal investigations of 30 years ago to professional readings and now international... tv, it’s been an affirmation that’s been 49 years in the making. I feel the need to thank @grantswilson and @jchawes for demonstrating the equipment that became a component piece to my later investigations. They, TV’s Original Ghosthunters, @ghosthunters provided me with a recognition that all things technical had a place in this psychic medium’s repertoire. I now have mechanical corroboration to demonstrate to others that I’m not simply that crazy Southern boy from the backwoods of SC. Thanks guys, you are so far from the plumbing days. I told you so When I made my prediction of a Biden win, I received so much hate from those that wanted different and those would-be seers that obviously wanted different. I was told that I was seeing through my liberal glasses. I was told that I should go listen to Kim Clement (he was wrong and I am rightGod rest his soul). Ruthven had to be the busiest place spiritually that I have visited in the past 10 years. Knock Knock Ghost has allowed me a chance to discover these public spaces. On a recent return visit since our filming, my wife caught this activity on camera. While it’s easy to dismiss it as dust or insects, it was noted that it coincided with Kevin’s description of a spirit in white descending the stairs. This book was given to me by my grandmother. It was given to her by the British Government in acknowledgment of the sacrifice that American troops gave contribu...ting to the Allied Powers during WWII. It was her husband, my grandfather, that had given his life in efforts to liberate France from Nazi forces. It was later in that same year that Soviet Forces (who were among our Allies and made the greatest sacrifices--look it up) liberated Poland--returning that country to its people. One-by-one, each country would be largely restored to power. Remember these sacrifices today. I always think of the picture of my mother, barely a toddler, in the arms of her father for the last time. It's the only picture of the two of them together.
