Last night Paul and I flew back from Thunder Bay where we had a very powerful experience. We spent 5 days with members of the Aboriginal Shelters Of Ontario (ASOO) taking them through both the Intro and Intermediate levels of Psychodramatic Bodywork. We had a powerful assisting team which made it possible. I am impressed with the courage and commitment of the participants. It was a truly inspiring time.

'Building Bridges' group has just left. We all had an amazing 5 days together. Deep healing took place and the people who left today are so much lighter than the ones that arrived on the first day.

Today is the last day of the 'Carrots' grad group. Here they are looking radiant after their deep and profound work. It's such a joy to spend time with them.

Paul and I were recently at Six Nations Reserve beginning an Advanced level training for many of the Ganohkwasra staff. They are an absolutely amazing group of men and women. They are smart, committed and fun to be with...lots of laughs amid the other emotions. I look forward to more days with them in the future.

Today I completed a 3 day Intermediate training with 10 wonderful participants and a training team of 8 (including Paul and myself). It delights me how quickly and powerfully a group can come together, learn the blocking styles and then integrate that learning into their lives. I had a wonderful weekend and am sad to see everyone return home.
