Start on the floor, If you want to make more challenging, place your feet up on a box! Inverted rows - supinated grip This time you are holding the bar with your plans facing TOWARDS you. This will help you with chin ups since it focuses more on your BICEPS Renegade rows If you think the plank is challenging, try this! go into a plank position on a set of dumbbells, make sure your wrists are directly under your shoulders Stabilize through your core and glutes and should blades, Drive your elbow towards your ribs, keeping your elbow close Make sure you aren’t tilting your hips side to side as you lift!
