And by wrong, I also mean unethical and potentially dangerous. Specifically focused on the area of weight management, the study found that the majority of information provided on social media platforms and blogs is unreliable, non evidence-based and often comes from a p...lace of opinion, not fact. Remember folks, online health information is NOT a substitute for professional advice - which is tailored to an individual’s unique situation and medical history - and this is true even for information coming from seemingly reputable sources.
