Happy Groundhog Day! While we aren't entirely convinced of their weather predicting abilities, we do think these adorable rodents are awesome! Did you know 'gro...undhog', 'woodchuck' and 'whistle pig' are all the same name for this animal? Groundhogs are actually members of the squirrel family, and you might be surprised to find one climbing up a tree looking for fresh snacks or avoiding predators! This is one of 8 orphaned groundhogs raised at the centre in 2020 after her mother was hit by a car.
