There are a lot of individuals who are stuck in Cognitive Dissonance in this time. I know what it's like, I was there at the end of 2017 and for all of 2018. Even in 2019, I found many 'truth pills' difficult to swallow. But now in 2020, I truly can see clearly. The #1 thing that has kept me going is this simply self-meditation:...
