We apologize for the late message. We wanted to make sure we had all the information before informing our members. We were informed recently from Bonnie Henry that the closure has been extended through February 5th 2020. There is a chance that this could change but right now we are remaining patient for the update. ... We understand how hard it is to remain patient as we all want to get back on the mats. We are laser focused on the reopening as soon as we get some better news! We appreciate you all for sticking with us through this challenging time. Can’t wait to be back!!

Unfortunately, the BC government has decided to extend the lockdown guidelines for martial arts facilities until at least January 8th 2021. They have decided this is in the best interests of public health and we are always willing to do our part to keep our members and our communities safe! Yes, this does put us in a very difficult position, however, just as we have been doing all year we will push through this and be ready to go as soon as restrictions ease. We will be halt...ing all membership payments going ahead. We feel it is unfair of us to continue to receive payment for a service we cannot currently provide. Dues that were processed at the end of last month will be credited onto your accounts and used as credit when we reopen our doors. We at Pacific Top Team wish to thank you all for your support throughout this difficult year, we couldn't do this without you all. If anyone has any questions or if there's anything we can do to help, please don't hesitate to reach out! We look forward to sharing the mats with you all again soon.

As per today’s PHO update, we are required to temporarily suspend service at the club while new guidelines are developed for indoor sports and recreation. Martial Arts being one that was named. This is effective immediately and there will be no classes until December 8th. This is when the current order ends, or until such protocols are developed. For anyone paying Memberships on the 22nd we will give partial credits. We will hold all memberships set to come out on December... 2nd until we have a clear picture on how to proceed. If we are open on the 8th we will process the seconds dues then. Thank you for the understanding. Thank you for the support.

***Covid Update*** November 20th Below are a few updates we will be implementing immediately. -Absolutely no spectating. Tiny Champions will allow one parent as long as they are in a mask and spaced for social distancing. ... -while in the academy you must wear a mask until you reach your destination on the mats. -we will have pods set up on the mats in groups of 2-4 max. - classes will be 45 minutes. This will allow us to clean in between classes. -access to the academy will be closed until five minutes before your class, or the previous class leaves the building. We will not allow students to come in early to get ready for class. -maintain social distance while in the academy. -use the entry and exit strategy by following the arrows laid out on the floor. -hand sanitize every time you enter and leave the class. -when your class ends please remember to take all your belongings and head out. -no open mats. We understand this is a time we all need to pull together and do our part to make sure the community stays safe!! Let’s all do our part!! See you on the mats.

Hey Everyone! Make sure to adjust your training schedules around Christmas. Attached is the Christmas schedule for the club. Make sure you maximize the first few weeks of December! Thank you all for the support this challenging 2020. 2021 will be our year!!!

REGIONALS Medal event . December 12 , 13* . The registration open SUNDAY November 1st 10am PST.... Please note that acceptance of application will be based on a first come first serve basis so if you want to compete make sure you apply as soon as we begin to accept applications as we will still be capping the number of entries. *reminder that all applications received early will not be accepted . @bcjjf_
