M O M B I E Happy Mother’s Day! I am feeling truly grateful for everything today. The time I’ve got to spend with my family due to working from home, the moments I’ve learned to truly be present in due to cvid, the nights I sleep through due to babies that are no longer babies. I was gifted homemade treasures with eager eyes watching my reaction. Tiny kisses and big laughs. I once believed I didn’t know if I wanted to be a mom because I didn’t want to fail. I was once to...ld I couldn’t become a mom because of a body that was failing me. I once became a mom and realized I truly started living because I created life. Whatever kind of mom you are, or want to be- today is your day. Do what you choose to fill your soul. I choose to practice gratitude, because no matter how long, how scary, how hard, how fast or slow time goes, how much it hurts or how easy it is to fuck up- I am truly grateful to be a mom. And truly grateful to be loved by mine and my husbands. And I am truly grateful for the women around me who have become my village and I theirs.
