Such activities included Mad Libs, orienteering, blanket making, pumpkin people, Terry Fox Run, Kahoot Challenge, obstacle course, and more. A Blast for the Summer Past - Young Women in Science This past summer, Olyvia Fahey (Grade 9) took part in the Clean Foundation's Bioblitz at Brule Point, NS. Those attending gave assistance in helping to catalogue species composition and distribution at the Brule restoration site. The project was done in partnership with the Confederacy of Mainland Mi'kmaq and Mi'kmaq Conservation Group. In helping to document the diversity of salt marsh animals, plants, and bugs, Olyvia had to use the iNaturalist app to record her findings. Olyvia was comfortable with the use of this app, as it was studied as part of her Grade 8 science fair project.
