Squats tone our quads + glutes Start with feet hip width, or a little wider keep a neutral spine chest is proud (without hyper extending our back)... don’t let shoulders roll forward stay connected + ground down through feet pushing up to stand tall Options to challenge take it on to the tip toes and challenge your balance as you squat use ball (or whatever you have!) to squeeze inner thighs together add a 3 second hold at the bottom pulse it out while in low squat. Think up an inch, down an inch How long can you hold the squat while pulsing? Let us know below
