Thanks to everyone who braved the stupid cold last night for Punchline’s first show of the year! Everyone came out swinging and it was one of the most fun shows yet! Bring on 2020!

Punchline returns this Wednesday with Malik Elassal shutting it down! Originally from Calgary, Alberta, Malik is a stand up, actor, and writer who is TRAPPED IN THIS BIO! He’s been at the YYCOMEDY festival, Sled Island, and was Recently featured at the grindstone comedy festival as a finalist, Malik’s jokes, stories, and unique point of view have all made him a laughing stock. A good kind of laughing stock, like the kind you should invest in. Wednesday, 9pm, Pig and Duke on 4th!

The last show of the year features Punchline’s own Ross Moore! Ross moved from St. John’s to Calgary almost three years ago and he brought his biting cynicism with him. He started Punchline to help break into the Calgary scene while also providing local comics a room to stretch their legs and have some fun. These first few shows have been an absolute blast and we can’t wait to see what 2020 brings! This Wednesday at 9:00 at the Pig and Duke on 4th!
