Our promise to you as a customer! To love your pet like they are our own, to always show them compassion and care. The biggest one right now is to still offer the same customer care quality we always have! To never let the burden of this pandemic show during working hours, as it is not anyone or anything’s faults we are in this situation. Customer care has severely declined in regular retail and I promise it will continue to strive here at Puppy Charm!

Our list is rapidly growing, and we are monitoring daily for any updates if we have been given permission to operate. Reminder as of right now the date they are telling us is January 23rd so if your pet is in need of a haircut after that date please contact us to be placed on our list as we already have two weeks at full time worth of pets to get in. The sooner you contact us the better and less time you will have to wait when the time does come. This is the most fair way we can get our clients in. We greatly appreciate your patience.

So I did a thing! In my eyes this was an opportunity for my own continuing education and to challenge my bather and I. With covid I have not been able to attend conferences and seminars or compete so when I saw this guy I just had to groom him! I had never groomed an old English sheep dog before and I was very excited for a new adventure! He was a bit more Matted then expected so I did the best I could with the time I had! He was with us for almost six hours and was given breaks in between. In my eyes he didn’t go home perfect yet I was still very proud of the accomplishments my team made on this guy! We are very appreciative of the owners and the Windsor/Essex County Humane Society for helping us put forth our vision!

More back to school!

I apologize we have been slacking on our posts yet on one had it is a good thing for us as we are keeping very busy. So we will be doing multiple posts in the next few days to post all our four legged friends during our back to school season! Everyone is so happy here, because they were excited to be with us for the day since all their little humans have gone back to school!

Well today was an overly busy day and I couldn’t be more greatful for my bather/assistant who was my rock and we were able to accomplish nine dogs together. I will post all our cute and lovable friends later yet I had to share my first ever heart shaped bum on the sweetest little corgi! I had a lot of fun doing this.

Even though we can’t go on vacation we can help make it look like the dogs are enjoying the beach and clear water! Some of our grooms this past week.

Hey everyone, so the expressway is unfortunately reduced to one way going eastbound which is causing delays. Please try and give yourself a bit of extra time as the traffic is moving slower which I learnt this morning. Also there is currently many construction vehicles in our parking lot doing work beside the building so please be cautious with your fur babies and make sure they are restrained at all times.

We had some pretty cool, fun and great transformations the last couple days. We also want to share our procedure for the Golden was completely a bath and great deshedding treatment with minor trimming on the feathering. Properly taking out all the undercoat and promoting good hair growth is what we know will make these double coated dogs fee like a new dog and keep the coolest in this heat! *edited to fix the last photo so you can actually see the groom!
