We have 25+ classes every week including yoga asana classes (physical practices), meditation classes (mental practices), and Bhakti classes (devotional practices). We currently have 8 different instructors who all have unique backgrounds and different perspectives to share. ... Yoga is a lifestyle we learn to practice both on and off our mats. While it is very much an individual practice, it certainly helps to be surrounded by positive energy and those who are committed to walking the same path of self realization. We offer an inclusive environment for all ages, sizes and fitness levels. We have a variety of memberships available depending on how often you’d like to attend. We have three amazing classes on our schedule tonight 4:45pm Pure Vinyasa with Amanda (currently sold out so if you are booked and can’t make it please cancel ASAP so someone else can have your spot) Expect to break a good sweat in this vinyasa/flow class while we move through a variety of postures which focus on all the major muscle groups. As always expect a strong emphasis on breath control and allowing the breath to lead the movements! ... 6:00pm Yoga Philosophy & Bhakti with Amanda and Jeremy In this 75 minute class, we explore other aspects of the yoga path aside from asana (poses). We touch on yoga philosophy and practice mantra/voice work with traditional Indian instruments. This is a great introduction to the spiritual path of Bhakti (devotional) yoga and the practice of kirtan music! Please bring something comfortable to sit on. 7:30pm Gentle Yoga & Energy Work with Jeremy This new class has been receiving amazing feedback! Enjoy a gentle yoga class with elements of kundalini, reiki, and/or Qi Gong energy practices. Perfect for all levels and amazing for those looking to balance both body and mind! Happy Winter Solstice Yogis! Keeping with our tradition, tonight we have a special class to mark the change of season. Amanda will be leading a 90 minute class at 5:30pm themed around Winter Solstice. We are humbly requesting a minimum $20 cash donation to attend. Warm up the body with sun salutations, focus the mind while practicing pranayama (breath work) and finally enjoy a guided meditation before relaxing into savasana.
