Check your emails Thank you for your continued patience while we navigate the current government mandated closure of our two Vancouver studios. We are ready and willing to open safely, but are waiting to hear from the province when we are permitted to do so. Client Memberships... We made a commitment to you at the beginning of this temporary closure that we would delaying all invoices so that no client account or memberships are negatively impacted by this closure. We are sticking to that word and now that we are entering our 4th week of a mandated closure we assure you that all clients will receive a 4-week delay on invoices. We are extending invoices daily so that we can make sure your account gets the most accurate dates extended. As such, if you have an invoice due later on this week or next it may not yet appear to be changed but please trust we will get to it properly! If you have any questions or concerns about a membership charge on your account please reach out to us via e-mail and we promise we will fix it! Currently during our closure we are only checking our studio e-mail once daily so please allow for 1 day before hearing a response but we will get back to you by then! Livestream Classes Our Livestream classes are continuing to operate as normal. If you are on an unlimited membership or an 8 pack membership you are entitled access to our Private Facebook Group for unlimited Livestream classes at this time. If you are on a 4 pack membership or have a class pack to our studio you can sign up for livestream classes on our schedule and use one of your credits to take the class live. It is with both frustration and understanding that we have to announce that our studios must once again close immediately as of this Tuesday, November 24th. Last Thursday when Dr. Bonnie Henry initially announced that studios like ours were not high risk informed us the government would be posting new guidelines for how we can continue to safely operate. Late yesterday, the government quietly changed the language on their website to state that while studios like ours are wa...iting for the new official government guidelines to be posted, we must immediately temporarily suspend operations. This change in language did not come with any formal announcement but it is very clear that in order to comply we have to immediately close. We are hopeful that the new guidelines will be available this week which is what official sources are saying. Dr. Bonnie Henry has given the clear go ahead the moment the new guidelines are posted we can immediately restart our operations so long as we comply with those guidelines. Because of this, we are confident this is truly a temporary set back. We are ready and prepared to reopen the moment we get the go ahead and will communicate that with all of you. Please note, we will not be charging any membership dues during this new temporary closure and your memberships will not be impacted. Our commitment is to maintain transparent with you throughout this journey and to assure you that we consider the safety and health of our staff and community to be the most important matter at hand. We trust our government and we are grateful that we have a chance to support our communities' change to slow down the spread of COVID. At Pure Barre, the health and safety of our members and team is our top priority. Through out this pandemic we have prioritized sharpening our policies and have had zero exposures in our studios. We always go a step above safety regulations to make sure that you can be confident in your choice to visit our studio. Today, Dr. Bonnie Henry announced new immediate restrictions in the Vancouver Coastal Health region which include a mandatory closure of all fitness studios for two weeks starting immediately at 10 pm Saturday, November 7 until 12 pm on Monday, November 23. Of course, we will comply with and honour this policy and therefore all of our classes are cancelled immediately. Classes resume as normal on Monday November 23 at 12 pm.

Today is the last day of our #FallFitChallenge! Push yourself to get that final class in to complete your 30 classes in 60 days! Congratulations to everyone who competed - whether you did all 30 or not - you are incredible for all that you accomplished!
