ATTENTION PARENTSTHIS IS FOR YOU I know right now many of you are feeling overwhelmed with your kids at home and your looking for a way to help them burn some energy so they can focus! With school online it keeps them in front of the screen and seated for too long which usually ends up in frustration, boredom and the need to MOVE!! I’VE GOT YOUR BACK ... Checkout this video! I created this workout just for your kids! It’s just under 15mins. You can use this after the school day or to break the day up so the kids get the chance to leave the screen behind. This is done with Tabata timing so you can do 5min, 10min or all of it! EQ WORKOUT! The LEBERT EQUALIZERS are easily my favourite piece of fitness equipment! Most recently they were voted BEST BODYWEIGHT TRAINING TOOL by Mens Health Magazine! No surprise because they truly are top notch in both versatility and quality! The creator @marc_lebert is a friend and I couldn’t be happier for all that he has achieved with this incredible creation! ... I know many of you now have them at home to give your lockdown home workouts some variety. So here’s a full body workout for you to give a go with your EQ’s! There are endless exercises with these bars...this is just a start! Perform each exercise in this order completing 15-20 reps each OR 40-60sec each. Repeat for 3-4 rounds.
