The original Israel Defense Forces Krav Maga comprised of about 215 techniques and some drills taught over 21 hour lessons and repeated for Instrcutror evaluation purpouses over three weeks. Here is the complete 21 hours live (in Youtube Playlist): You learn Situational Awareness, Pressure Points, Reaction time and Impact and Push and Pull Techniques and then when you put all the techniques together distill them into principles and use them in sparring. You have to make sure... you are not repeating prior errors because you add more complexity you might forget small details from before. So it is a process of eliminating bad habits and gaining good ones. If you watch these videos you will see the process. If you can command the process you can defend yourself and teach others. You have yourself and another potential opponent once you get close, one of you will control the other's pressure points first You have to make sure you dissect the process and put it together and make sure each part is very efficient from the decision making to the movement to prioritization and complete view so its going to be you that prevail.
