POLICY UPDATE Accountability. We all need it sometimes. An extra nudge to keep us mindful. As of today we are implementing some extra accountability. With reduced class sizes we have to. All late cancels or no shows will be charged an additional $10 regardless of the pass being used.... To avoid these charges please make sure to cancel your registered classes at least 6 hours before class if you are unable to attend. If you are waitlisted always double check before class to see if you got into class. Turn on your text and email notifications on your account so you don’t miss the waitlist updates. If you know you can't make a class you are waitlisted for please take yourself off the waitlist. All of these steps will make sure no one is missing out on a spot. This policy will remain in place until further notice. Thank you for your endless support and cooperation in helping to keep things fair for everyone!

HOLIDAY HOURS: This time of year is an opportunity to reflect and look forward. It provides a beautiful space to pause and to connect deeply with ourselves and the amazing people in our lives. Although this holiday season may be a little different, that doesn’t mean it will be less magical. In fact it may be one of the most memorable yet. Over the last few weeks we have been doing some major reflecting. And in all honesty, COVID has taken a major toll on us, our business, and... our community. To put on frankly, we are ready for a small pause. We have decided to take a bit of a break over the holiday season to recharge our batteries for an epic New Year. We will be closed for public classes December 24th, 25th, 26th, 31st, January 1st and 2nd. Our class schedule will be limited during the days we are open between Christmas and New Years. 2021 schedule will be released on December 21st. Please note that we are still waiting on some final clarification from the Sask COVID Business Support line, but we wanted to take action sooner than later. Stay tuned for potential adjustments.
