WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE! $40 basic entry includes: A list of foods to eat and foods to avoid Weekly weigh ins... Group chat Extra option: Weight loss macros tailored for you geared for weight loss and a 1 hour group discussion session to be held January 4th at 9am (location tbd based on number of clients). A 40 day PUSH7 membership for the challenge is available for non members who would also like to try the morning class, this will be at a reduced rate of $60. Prizes to be announced based on entries for 1st place, 2nd place and a 3rd prize will go to a random winner picked from all entries not based on weight loss. You don’t need to be an active member of PUSH7 to join this challenge.
