Beware of the Chair I have been going to the gym now for several years. But let me make something clear, I am not one of those people that show up at a big gym and comfortably set into my own routine. I am not one of those people that just go pick stuff up, put it down, do that a few times, head to a machine, adjust it and go for it, and so on for an hour or so. Nope, not me.
