Family Cartooning Drop-in Virtual - online Sharpen your drawing skills with this one-hour introduction to cartooning, led by a professional local artist who will guide you through a series of hands-on sketching activities. Learn how to draw your own characters while incorporating the basic techniques of portraiture and figure drawing. Each week, a range of drawing techniques will be introduced and demonstrated. All family members participate together, and no art experience ...is necessary. Grab a pencil, a piece of paper and Zoom in! This class takes place entirely online using the Zoom platform. Curious about clay? Led by a studio technician, participants will make unique objects using-hand building construction and clay sculpting methods. Clients work independently to make pieces of their choice; no themes or instruction. Pieces will be available for pick up three weeks after date of your drop-in and you will be given instructions for doing so. No wheel work. Masks are required in the studio.
