Hello everyone. We just wanted to say a couple things and will keep on saying it. We provide essential services, we service Victoria to Campbell river. ... Electronics and appliances Due to the pandemic we are short techs and have a huge backlog of customers. We are doing everything we can to reach out to everyone right away. I do want to remind EVERYONE. We have the RIGHT to REFUSE service. We are tired of rude customers. We don’t accept demands and don’t have control on getting anyone an a exchange. Trust when we say. If your happy and pleasant with us,it goes a long way. We are more willing to work on requests from customers if they aren’t mean and rude. So please be kind to everyone. Good afternoon everyone Today we officially opened the shop back up. We do have some new changes:... Our New hours are 930-3 Monday - Friday We are asking for only one customer in the store at time. Please always keep your social distance. We have a small shop front so ONLY 1 customer please (that included spouses). Due to Best Buy opening back again we have about 90 customers we are trying to service. So please be patient we will get to everyone. It’s best to email for a quicker reply. Good morning Hope everyone is doing well and keeping safe. Update for the week... We are closed for pick up and drops off and reception untill June 1st. June 1st our shop on vanalman will be open again but with reduced hours. 930-3 Monday - Friday We are still doing in home service this week. But we are catching up on a backlog since our contracts reopened last week. So please be patient with us as we re hire our techs and do our best to get to every customer. We ask customers to refrain from angry emails or messages as we know you and everyone else wants the repair done yesterday. Due to covid we are all learning new way to adapt. But don’t worry we will be in contact we haven’t forgotten. Thank you for the continued patience.

Good evening friends got some announcements and some to look out for in the near future!! We are currently working on opening our shop again for June 1 2020. There will be some new changes. For the week of may 25-29. We will be closed for pick up and drops so that we can prepare the shop with all new protocols. ... We will continue to do in home repairs for electronics and appliances. After many requests and the CDC recently suggesting face coverings should be worn in public, I have decided to start sewing masks. Adult size is $10 and child ...size is $8. Child size fits approx 4-10 years. $1 from every mask sold will be donated to The Victoria Women's Transition House. They are a local non-profit society helping women and children who are survivors of domestic abuse. Please message me to order and choose from available fabrics. The elastic is not sewn in and will be able to be adjusted by tightening or loosening the knot. Please note, these are non-medical masks and will not protect you from Covid-19, however as the CDC suggests you may help slow the spread by wearing one in public.
