A bigger and better Philippine festival brought to you by Fili...pino Canadian Heritage and Resource of Durham(FCHRD) Expect a whole day of fun to be kicked off by World Vision's Global 6K run. It will be followed by the flag raising ceremony to be graced by city officials and community leaders. The Philippine Heritage Band(PHB) will join the festivities for the very first time and they will lead the parade with IPEN models and Marky Hugh talents and models around the park, SIPAT photographers will be showcasing their latest photo exhibit.
