We have been given the green light for full service again as of February16th!! Of course, there are still restrictions at this time. That means that we will resume to the way things were before Christmas: limiting the amount of grooms at a time and everything is by appointment only, no walk ins. This is so we are able to control the amount of people coming and going so we are able to follow all covid rules and guidelines in safe distansing and it gives us the time to cle...an and disinfect everything between grooms. With that said, in the next couple days I will be going through the wait list again to book you all in. there is a lot of work put in for all of this so please bare with me! There is also a very large list to go through so expect that there may be some wait time, depending on where you are on the list. Please read carefully. Tomorrow I will start to book emergency nail trims and emergency grooms (services starting February 9th) but if I have not called you PLEASE don’t think I forgot about you! Whoever is on the list are all carefully considered and will remain on the list if they do not qualify for emergency services. They will have to wait a little longer as the rules and restrictions have gotten overwhelmingly strict and I have no choice but to follow them as they are. (...Note: only 1 dog is permitted at a time and everything is by appointment only) Emergency grooms are = A dog who is badly matted (which will be shaved down short) Skin irritations or infections that need to be cared for (This is something determined by your vet) Nails that are over grown, curled, or possibly growing into the paw pad. Aside from nail trims, dogs with skin problems and/or matts will only get a service that tends to the immediate problem, no more. This means that ANYTHING that is considered to be done for any esthetic reason is NOT allowed. So unfortunately, no baths, no cute bows or specific hair cuts etc.. Again, I have to ask you all for your patience during this difficult time as this is no easy task for me. And please, please, please it is crucial that you be honest as well! I have to ask many questions before booking someone in so, if you are booked in but I notice that your pet does not actually qualify for an emergency service then I have no choice but refuse you... Also, any and all pets coming in I will be taking pictures of and everything will be thoroughly documented (not for the public, but strictly for my records only). This is a small step for groomers but we are on the right track and I’d like to think that it can only get better from here! Fingers are crossed that we can all get back to normal sooner then later! Good afternoon, I'm sure you have all seen that groomers are able to open? Unfortunately, there is a fine line for this and it's just not that easy. From what I understand, I will be able to do emergency grooms ONLY. This is not something that was clarified so I am at a standstill on what I can or cannot do as the new restrictions for us to follow are not clear.. So, I am hoping to get some answers in the next couple days.... IF it is by emergency only then unfortunately some that are on the list will have to wait a little longer then others.. I know that may not seem fair and if it were up to me, I would consider you ALL an emergency, but that's is not how things work in this lockdown that we are facing and I have to follow all the rules. I hope you can understand that I am simply trying my very best to follow all restrictions and protocols to a T so that the business does not face any hefty fines and it can remain open so we can continue to groom all your wonderful fur kids! With that said, I DO plan to open on February 9th so in the next few days I will be going through the waiting list and making many calls. Good afternoon! With the lockdown extended I am unable to return to the shop. I will be doing the same thing as I did last lockdown. All who are already booked in are automatically put on the waiting list, and all who would like to be on the waiting list can message me or call and leave a detailed message. These times are very difficult so my heart goes out to all of you and your fur kids! Stay strong and stay positive ... Not knowing how long this will truly go on for, I've attached 2 photos to help with your pets grooming care that can be done at home. To anyone feeling brave to do nail trims, a calm and relaxed environment will help ease your pet. When cutting the nails only do a LITTLE bit at a time OR use a dremel (grinder) to file little bits at a time. Also, since I am unable to give your furry friends a haircut, the best thing you could do during this time is to be sure your pet is brushed regularly to prevent their coats from matting. Matted coats can be very discomforting and painful for your pet so brushing is important! I hope these few little tips help! I cannot wait to be back at the shop so my fingers are crossed that this will not last long!

I'm so sorry, due to COVID lockdown I will unfortunately be closed until january 11th. Fingers are crossed that I can return on january 12th Those that were already booked in are on a waiting list and will be rebooked as soon as I can return. Hope you all have a very merry Christmas!
