NEW CLIENT GUIDELINES AND PROTOCOLS: Appointments ONLY, walk- ins will be asked to book an appointment. -We kindly ask that you wait outside the shop or your vehicle till the time of your appointment since we are limiting the total number of people that are inside the shop at all times. ... Our staff will notify you via phone call when they are ready for you. (Waiting area and washroom will be closed to the public). Please show up on time for your appointment and alone. -We will be providing hand sanitizer upon entry into the shop. -All clients MUST wear a mask before entering the shop and during the service if possible. Our staff will be wearing gloves and masks at all times. (Gloves will be disposed after each appointment). -We will continue accepting cash, credit, and debit.( We will sanitize the machine after each customer use). -Staff will fully sanitize their workspace after each appointment. This includes ALL equipment such as chairs, capes, clippers, and any other tools that may be used. (Our shop will be cleaned with care at the start, during, and end of the day). If you are experiencing flu like symptoms, have been previously ill or live with family members who were recently ill or are currently ill, we kind ask that you wait until you are healthy to book an appointment.
