Amazing when clients update you with their move out inspection report and tell us the results after our Cleaning. This particular property manager is difficult with its tenants and we wanted to help make the move out seemless for the tenant. Here’s what she had to say after her inspection this morning: Property manager was Uber impressed. Called the house move in condition. Everything was checked ok and he thanked me for repairing the in inspecton had. Thanks my girl!!!

Washers and dryers DO need to be moved once and awhile.

Pictures do not do this microwave justice. We scrubbed, soaked, scrubbed, soaked, scraped, soaked and scrubbed again (no kidding) and we got this microwave back to new condition. Whatever was in this microwave had no intentions of ever leaving it, until we came in

All we ask, is to give my team the space they need to work safely which is minimum 6ft away however a different room or floor is even better. We have made it mandatory for ALL staff unless medically exempt to be wearing masks in every property and gloves at all times. They will also be sanitizing before and after each property INCLUDING equipment ... We were doing most of these items in the past however we will be even more diligent to ensure these steps are being taken.
