You Can start working out every day and getting exercise ... You Can start learning new online skills so you can work digitally... You Can start spending more time with loved ones even if it means doing that on zoom or calls. What you FOCUS on will expand. REMEMBER THAT!!! So focus on expanding your life in all positive directions. The negative stories you have in your mind don't need to play themselves out.
