We would like to thank everyone that dropped off the turkeys for the turkey drop! We collect 104 turkeys and donated $2080 to the Queens Food Bank.

There will be a Food Drive during Down Town for the Holidays on Nov 30th from 10am to 4pm at the Queens County Food Bank. Charlotte and Kevin will be thrilled t...o accept donations. So when you come to take in all the awesome festivities, dont forget to grab a donation from your cupboard or drop by the Dollarama and pick up some instant coffee and whitener or canned fruit. This park will be accessible to anyone of any ability and any age any identity and any race from 18 months old right up to 100 years old. Get a challenge going , Make a personal commitment , share this post to friends who visit from away so when they come they can enjoy the park. We can do this ! We deserve this park! NOTICE: 50/50 boxes have been placed in a few stores around Liverpool: Sobeys, Liverpool Home Hardware, McPherson's, Pharmasave, and Queens Place. These boxes a...re for Queens County Food Bank fundraiser. They are a dollar each, you put your name and telephone number on envelope and drop your money inside. Example: if you wish to put in more than a dollar, like five, you name will be entered in the draw that many times, etc. The draw dates will be the 20th of each month, starting with Sept. 20/20. The winner will be contacted on that date by phone. So please look for our boxes they are red in color, and envelopes and pencils are provided.
