We have been recommending waterflosser to our patients for quite some time now and there has been significant improvement in their oral health. Patients have noticed the difference as well which is always a winner! Waterflosser is not an alternative to the regular flossing but an additional tool which flushes out stuff from the gum ...line and in between the teeth. It’s amazing for patients with braces, implants, bridgeworks and poor gums. . As everyone knows this is the worst time to have a toothache being that majority of the dental offices are closed or only serving to emergencies. We want to make sure you dont run into any problems while at home. Here are some tips on how to avoid a Dental Emergency:... Avoid eating popcorn, I know we are all in a snacking mood but popcorn kernels tend to get stuck in gums. When this happens it causes pain, swelling, and discomfort. Limit sugary foods and drinks. Make sure you are brushing at least 2 times a day and flossing at least once a day. Use mouthwash daily if you were recommended by your dental office. If you have been recommended a night guard by your dentist and already own one, wear it.
