It is with deep sadness the Cofone family announces the death of our matriarch, Maria Cofone. Co-Founder of Queen's Pasta and Queen's Pasta Cafe, Maria lived a life of open hearted generosity, of love and care for all who met her be it for an hour, a day, or a lifetime teaching us how to live well through her example. Her tireless efforts to make both companies progress by leaps and bounds; her attitude and guidance; her drive to succeed in everything she did - Maria led an extraordinary life and time can never fade the memory of this well-loved woman. God bless her and may she rest in peace.
